People are always asking where I am, and it’s fair. Home is a fluid thing I find in the people closest to my heart and I have been at home all around the world (also as my Mōglea stationary says, “Home is Where You Mom Is”, so Oregon). I know you’re dying to know my opinions so, here are summary statements of places I’ve been in the last ten years:
ARMENIA
Welcome to the Land of Ararat, where Noah got off the ark, built a vineyard, and the rest is all human history.
BRAZIL
Unlimited dance parties and constant teasing.
COLOMBIA
Whatever don’t kill ya, it only makes you stronger.
COSTA RICA
Home for all things chill. Unfortunately, I got water-poisoning from our sketchy hostel and now all Rastafarian music makes me nauseous.
FRANCE
Knowing exactly what you want, but not what to do once you have it.
GEORGIA
The Canada of Armenia: quieter, not involved in wars for no reason, less mad at the world.
GREECE
Where East meets West and loses all copyrights.
ITALY
The motherland. Passion, delicious food and incessant talking.
